Red and Black with Uneven Hemline

Light up the dance floor with this fun dress, which was custom-made for a contestant on The Learning Channel’s Ballroom Bootcamp. The handkerchief panel skirt has lots of movement, and the entire costume sparkles with red crystal stones. Beautiful red floral lace cutwork appliqué accented with red rhinestones spirals the front, back and sides. This dress has been gently worn.
