This fun and flirty magenta dress features a tiered ruffle skirt and sequin and rhinestone appliqué detail. Stretch velvet straps and horsehair and velvet hemline trim add a sophisticated touch. A fitted yoke flatters the hips, and the classic ruffle skirt with two-inch wide exposed horsehair hem is pure Latin fun. This costume was reworked and enhanced as a Dancing With the Starstour costume.
